The main results of the international children's and youth award "Ecology is everyone's business", which was established by Rosprirodnadzor this spring, will be announced on November 25 at 14.00 Moscow time at the international press center of MIA "Russia Today". The press conference will be attended by the head of the Federal Service for Supervision of Environmental Management (Rosprirodnadzor) Svetlana Radionova, Deputy General Director of the Center for Arctic Initiatives Rustam Romanenkov, Chairman of the Management Board of PJSC Sibur Holding Dmitry Konov, honored guests, jury representatives, project partners and the media.

The expert jury of the award was headed by Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Victoria Abramchenko.

The names of the winners and laureates will be published on the website of the award "Ecology is everyone's business".

The participants of the project were children and teenagers from 7 to 16 years old from all 86 regions of Russia and 27 countries of the world, including Mexico, Colombia, Guatemala, Panama, Peru, Ecuador, India, China, South Korea, UAE, France, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Great Britain, USA, Turkey, Poland, Estonia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and others.

Children and teenagers have sent over 9,5 thousand applications for the competition, about 6000 works have been accepted. They have prepared and published videos, photos, drawings, projects, actions and other activities on the topic of environmental protection on social networks. The works were accepted in 12 nominations: "Let's save the Planet together", "My eco-family is my team", "Young eco-blogger", "Ecotrends", "Eco-school", "Ecoproject", "Ecorisunok", "Ecofocus", "Ecomultfilm", "Ecovolonter", "Young eco-journalist", "Ecology in the world". The shortlist of the award included 650 works. They are published on Rutube.

The main mission of the project is to involve children and adolescents in the environmental agenda and "green volunteering".
