More than 70 coniferous seedlings were presented by Rosprirodnadzor employees to the winners of the Ecology is Everyone's Business award in the Nizhny Novgorod region. Seedlings were awarded as a prize to seven schools that sent the largest number of applications for the competition in 2022. Then the region entered the top 10 most active in the country.

And now in Nizhny Novgorod and Dzerzhinsk, in Kstovo and Sarov, in the Forest, in Gorodetsky and Navashinsky districts of the region, alleys of mountain pines planted by schoolchildren and employees of the Interregional Department of Rosprirodnadzor have appeared. So we can safely say that a real marathon for planting coniferous plants is taking place in the Nizhny Novgorod region. And teachers who are passionate about the profession and environmental issues work in local schools, who have managed to rally children around themselves.

Environmental groups, volunteer movements and whole classes of eco-schools have been operating in the educational institutions of the region for several years. And, of course, young residents of the region are preparing their works to participate in the third season of the Award.
